🔁 KAFITT Return & Exchange Policy

At Kafitt, each garment is crafted with precision, premium fabrics, and attention to detail. Because many of our products are made-to-order, we ask that customers review the following policy before completing a purchase.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Most Kafitt garments are produced specifically for each customer.
For this reason:
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or preference on made-to-order items.
• If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to assist.

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only when:
• The product arrives with a manufacturing defect.
• We sent an incorrect item.
• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

To be accepted:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags must be attached.
• Items with perfume, deodorant, makeup, or sweat marks cannot be returned.

3. How to Request a Return

Please email sales@kafittusa.com with:
• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is approved due to a Kafitt error (defect or wrong item), we cover return shipping.
• For non-approved reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

5. Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Clearance or sale items
• Customized or personalized garments
• Items purchased during promotional sales or final sale events


💳 KAFITT Refund Policy

1. Refund Approval

Refunds are issued only for:
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items sent by Kafitt
• Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase (before production begins)

Refunds are not available for:
• Size or color preference
• Wrong selection by the customer
• Normal wear and tear
• Returned items not meeting our return criteria

2. Refund Method

Once approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

3. Non-Refundable Charges
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Kafitt is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

By purchasing from Kafitt, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, colors, and sizing.
However, slight variations due to screen settings or fabric characteristics may occur.

2. Order Processing

Because many items are created per order:
• Production requires up to 10 business days.
• Orders cannot be modified after 24 hours.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in USD.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other available payment methods at checkout.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Kafitt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and brand materials on this site are the property of Kafitt and may not be used without written permission.
